Who I Used is an all-in-one solution for organizing, sharing, and discovering home improvement projects that blends social networking and business promotion in the Home Services and Contractors Industry. This application aims to streamline how homeowners approach and engage with their living spaces while giving Home Service providers another outlet for business opportunities. Who I Used encourages users to credit individual businesses that have offered products and services giving heightened visibility and reputation enhancement for those businesses.
Iām a serial entrepreneur from Kentucky that started my first company at the age of 21 (sold nuts and bolts for off-road vehicles). I found my way into the healthcare space, and later founded and sold 2 separate B2B SaaS products for hospitals and medical institutions. After tiring of the medical world, I started and exited a home exterior company, which led me to another SaaS product that will disrupt the respective service industry.
Though my passion lay in software, initial challenges such as lack of past clients or case studies made it difficult to break into this field. Thus, I initially focused on marketing and web development where the cost barrier was significantly lower. Leveraging the reputation and social proof I garnered in this space, I eventually transitioned into the realm of software.
